Medieval culture is deeply rooted in Aragon. The region offers a wide-ranging calendar of medieval fairs throughout the year, spread across its territory. Historical reenactments, performances by minstrels and troubadours, live music, and the ever-present artisan markets make these events some of the most attractive options for those seeking to travel back in time for a few days. Between July 24th and 26th, a village in Zaragoza will rediscover its medieval past.

The essence of the "three cultures"—Arab, Jewish, and Christian—converges in Daroca, transforming it into a medieval town. A market, theatrical performances, music, crafts, and street entertainment make this town in the province of Zaragoza a vibrant stage where the medieval past comes alive, offering all who visit a fascinating journey through time.

THE CLASSIC ATMOSPHERE OF THE MIDDLE AGES
The historic town of Zaragoza will once again transform itself to recreate the atmosphere of the Middle Ages. The epicenter of the celebration will be Calle Mayor, considered one of the best-preserved and most representative medieval streets in Spain, which will become the stage for a journey back in time where modern elements will disappear to give way to merchants, knights, musicians, and characters from another era.

The market will once again be a major highlight of the event. Numerous stalls selling crafts, food, and traditional products will be set up along the route, offering everything from handmade jewelry to cured meats, sweets, and other local specialties.
